Tokenization Platform
The tokenization platform is where property owners who do not want to fully sell their properties go to tokenize them into IRETs via the operating agreement structure. Here there will be a section asking for:
All relevant property information and documentation
Issuer information, future plans for the property, and reasons for tokenizing
Compliance information and documentation to ensure the property owner is who they say they are and that they actually own the property
Once all of the information has been submitted and reviewed, the tokens will be issued directly to the property owner's wallet.
