REITs

Many investors do not have the time, knowhow, or willingness to search through the tens of millions of properties that we plan to offer globally through REX Protocol. Likewise, with vast amounts of properties being offered throughout the world, many property owners have and will have a difficult time achieving liquidity. This is where REITs come into play.

REITs - "Real Estate Index Tokens" - are tokens designed to track the price of the real estate market as well as different sub-markets. These tokens will function in a similar manner as other asset-backed tokens, such as Paxos’ PAXG gold-backed token, but backed by real estate.
