Map View

The map view of the exchange will be similar to that of Zillow's, showing where all of the tokenized assets are. In this page, one can search by address, city, zip, state, country, and be able to filter the results shown. Much like Zillow's platform, the map will include clickable dots showing each tokenized asset. When a user clicks on a property in the map, a pop-up will appear with the property's characteristics, a zillow or loopnet link (if residential or commercial), statistics, and comparable properties. If a user likes that property, they can then click further into it and be taken to the marketplace or the orderbook.

Marketplace

The marketplace will be where tokenized properties will be sold for the first time in an "IPO" (Initial Property Offering). Once the seller posts the property on the marketplace it will be featured in a "newly added" section along with all of it's information as well as the seller's information. Through the marketplace the buyer will also be allowed to message the seller directly with any questions or comments they may have. Once the token has been bought from the marketplace, it will be available to trade on the orderbook.

Orderbook

When a user accesses the orderbook, it will look very similar to most other crypto exchanges they are used to. The orderbook page will include: a chart of the selected token, the actual orderbook with the bid and ask prices and sizes, recent trades, an account overview section, a section to place your orders, and a section with the active balances, orders, positions, and trade history. This is where most of the IRET and REIT trading will be done.

Portfolio

The last page on the exchange is the user's portfolio, shown on a map similar to the landing page's map. This page will link to the user's wallet and show his tokens on the map and give the user all of each token's information. Additonally, this will include a gamification of the protocol, showing leaderboards and map views, coloring in new sections of the map as users acquire more properties in different parts of the world.
