Roadmap

The following roadmap is a general estimate for the amount of time each item will take to complete, the majority will be happening simultaneously.

• Launch REXP Token - 1 month

• Marketing - Throughout launch process

• Build Exchange and Tokenization Platform - 6 months

• Write IRET Operating Agreements - 2 months

• Launch Exchange and Tokenization Platform

• Launch REIT - Approximately 6 months from exchange launch

The total amount of time that it should take from the beginning to the launch of the Exchange and Tokenization platform is approximately 6 months and then another 6 months to launch the REIT. During this time we will be heavily marketing to property owners and pursuing IRET onboarding so that during the launch itself users will be able to immediately trade on the exchange.
