Property Profile

Each IRET will include a property profile which includes the following information:

  • Type (single family, multifamily, office, retail, etc.)

  • Geographic Location

  • Structure Size

  • Lot Size

  • Owner/User, Income, or Vacant

  • Year Built

  • Income Data (Revenue, Expenses, NOI, CAP Rate)*

Additionally, property documents and relevant information will also be included:

  • Pictures

  • Videos*

  • Blueprints*

  • Environmentals*

  • Zoning laws*

*Are not required

This information will all be stored and accessible through the REX Protocol's website.
